Howard Field, a chartered accountant and senior hospitality finance executive, founded FM Recruitment in 1985. Three years later he was joined by Jillian Malone, a hotel and catering management graduate from University of Surrey, and a former financial controller from a major hotel group. Our team also includes Chris Denison Smith, who has a complementary background in hospitality financial control and administration.
